We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Team Leader Night Duty. This position provides on-floor assistance to nursing staff, mentoring, training, and supports care plan implementation.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Current registration with the AHPRA as a registered Nurse,
  • Supervisory skills and experience,
  • A high level of analytical, written and communication skills,
  • Current Police Check,
  • Knowledge of legislation appropriate to this position,
  • Initiative and ability to work without supervision,
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality,
  • Ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment,
  • Understanding of and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards,
  • A commitment to improving residential aged care,
  • An on-going learning and continuous development philosophy,
  • Fosters independence of residents and has a person-centred approach,
  • Ability to be proactive to workplace OHS.
