Autonomy and variety – Work independently in the community, visiting clients in their homes. Supportive team culture – You’re backed by a compassionate office team and dedicated caregivers who share your commitment to exceptional care. What You’ll Do: Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments Develop and revise individualized care plans based on client needs Provide oversight and guidance to caregivers to ensure quality of care Monitor client progress and make recommendations for continued service or adjustments Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations and agency standards What We’re Looking For: Current Oklahoma RN license in good standing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathy and a genuine passion for elder care Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for home visits Previous home health, hospice, or geriatric nursing experience a plus—but not required
