REGISTERED NURSE – HOME HEALTHCARE

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Dubai, UAE

License: Valid DHA Nursing License / DHA Eligibility

Visa: Spouse Visa or Own Visa preferred

Joining: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home healthcare team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes and support doctors during on-call home visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients at home.
• Assist doctors during on-call home visits and follow prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs and clinical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform IV cannulation, IV medication administration, and IV therapy with a high level of competency.
• Perform blood collection and blood tests accurately and safely.
• Provide wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow infection-control procedures and DHA healthcare standards.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond efficiently to urgent and on-call patient requirements.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in home healthcare.
• Strong and demonstrated experience in IV therapy, IV cannulation, and blood collection/testing.
• Good clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during home visits.
• Willingness to work 9 hours per day.
• Spouse Visa or Own Visa preferred.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and compassionate DHA-licensed nurse who is confident in handling home-care patients, IV procedures, blood collection, and doctor-assisted on-call visits.

Immediate Joining | Dubai | DHA Licensed RN | 9 Hours Daily

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
