Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing care in patients’ homes through Medlegit Home Health Care Center. The Registered Nurse will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and monitor vital signs and symptoms. Daily responsibilities include wound care, chronic disease management, assistance with activities of daily living, and patient and family education on health conditions and home-based care. The nurse will document all care accurately, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, follow infection control and safety protocols, and support patients in maintaining comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience required.

Female nurse Preferred.

Clinical nursing skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management.

Strong patient education and communication skills, including the ability to explain care plans clearly to patients and families.

Proficiency in care planning, documentation, and use of electronic or paper health records while maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to work independently in a home-care environment, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse patient needs.

Valid Registered Nurse license, preferably eligible for practice in Dubai/UAE, with relevant home healthcare or clinical experience.

Knowledge of infection control practices, patient safety standards, and basic emergency response procedures.

Professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in working with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.

Completed nursing education (diploma or degree in Nursing) and current certifications such as BLS/CPR; ACLS is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
