We’re Hiring: Registered Nurse – Full-Time | Dubai

Melanta Poly Clinic LLC is looking for an experienced and responsible Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in Dubai.

Position: Registered Nurse – Full-Time

Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai

Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 2 days off

Joining: Immediately / As soon as possible

Requirements:

• Valid DHA Registered Nurse License or Eligibility Letter
• Valid BLS Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• UAE clinical experience is preferred
• Good venipuncture, blood collection and IV cannulation skills
• Experience assisting doctors during consultations and medical procedures
• Ability to monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient medical records
• Good knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Responsible, punctual, flexible and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and professional nursing care
• Assist physicians during consultations and procedures
• Perform blood collection, IV cannulation and other nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice
• Monitor and document patients’ vital signs
• Prepare treatment/procedure rooms and medical equipment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow infection-control, patient-safety and DHA requirements
• Support the daily clinical operations of the medical center
