At Cwm Gwendraeth, we care for 59 adults, offering a range of facilities including lounges, a coffee lounge, garden spaces, a craft room, and an onsite Social Club called Canolfan. Here, residents enjoy a hydrotherapy pool, gym, and a welcoming social space to engage in activities and events. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and improving the overall independence of the people we support through rehabilitation, stimulation, and social integration.
Ty Cwm Gwendraeth is our modern, purpose-built facility, offering essential and special interest training programs. It provides a great space for our team to grow professionally while supporting individuals with diverse needs. We are proud of the strong multidisciplinary team at both locations, which includes Advanced Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and more. Our aim is to maintain and where possible, improve the overall independence levels of the people we support, through rehabilitation (if appropriate), stimulation and social integration so everyone can live their best life. We and ensure that everyone benefits from the highest standards of care and support during their time with us.
