We currently have an chance for an experienced

Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Continence Nurse or Clinical Nurse

to provide clinical services to a participant located at:

Moama NSW ****.

This opportunity is offered on a

contractual (sole trader/ABN) basis

, providing you with greater flexibility and control over when you work and the clinical services you undertake.

The role would particularly suit an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys

community-based nursing, clinical assessment, care planning and working autonomously with people who have disability and complex support needs

.

The Role:

Depending on your qualifications, clinical experience and the individual requirements of the participant, responsibilities may include:

Conducting comprehensive and holistic nursing assessments.

Continence assessments and management planning.

Complex health and disability assessments.

Clinical risk assessments.

Developing individualised nursing and clinical care plans.

Reviewing existing clinical support plans.

Assessing personal care and high-intensity support requirements.

Medication-related assessment and clinical review.

Skin integrity and pressure care assessment.
