Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll assess and manage patients across the emergency care continuum, develop and deliver individualised care plans, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to keep care safe, coordinated and patient-centred. You'll bring patients, families and carers into the decisions that affect them, keep your documentation sharp, and help the department run smoothly under pressure. It's hands-on emergency nursing with real variety and a team that has your back.

What you'll need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 
  
• Minimum two years' experience in Emergency or Acute settings
• 
  
• The ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure ED
• 
  
• Strong assessment, documentation and medication administration skills
• 
  
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work independently when needed
• 
  
• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster
• 
  
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
