    We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Fullarton providing exceptional care and support to the residents. This will be a stable, Monday-to-Friday role (0700 to 1515) with no weekend or night shifts.

  • Daily clinical management of 15 CAP consumers
  • Supporting a nearby area with EN guidance and back-up
  • Assisting the Care Coordinator with documentation, planning, and leadership
  • Leading or supporting new consumer admissions
  • Communicating clearly with families, allied health and other care partners
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents
  • Actively engaging in quality and risk management is essential for meeting standards and promoting ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • AHPRA Registration as RN with experience in aged care or subacute care
  • Familiarity with Lee care is preferred; however, a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly is also acceptable
  • Able to keep things running smoothly, even during busy times.
  • Values good team culture and shared responsibility
  • Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Special Requirements

  • This is a NDIS risk-assessed role – a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required
  • Recommended to have current vaccinations in line with government health directives (e.g. COVID-19, influenza)
  • Must complete a pre-employment medical assessment as part of the recruitment process
