In this role, you will support adults experiencing moderate to severe mental illness through responsive, evidence-based care, working collaboratively with carers and key stakeholders to promote recovery. As part of a dynamic team including HAART and the innovative PACER tri-service model, you will deliver acute assessments, crisis intervention, and community-based treatment aimed at safe hospital diversion. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Police and Ambulance services in a highly rewarding, fast-paced environment.
