This role offers the opportunity to provide intensive, recovery‑focused mental health care to people living with severe and enduring mental illness who require assertive and flexible community‑based support. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver outreach‑focused clinical care across the ACT, including oversight of consumers on clozapine and active collaboration with families, carers and partner agencies. ACOS operates extended hours seven days per week, and this position requires participation in a rotating shift roster. Based at City Community Health Centre, this is a rewarding role for a clinician who is committed to making a meaningful difference for people with complex mental health needs.
