Supporting over 3,500 births and 700 neonatal admissions each year, this dynamic department spans NICU, SCN, retrieval services, and specialised follow-up care. As part of the Clinical Development Nurse team, you’ll inspire excellence in practice, mentor staff, and shape outstanding patient outcomes—working across a seven-day roster to make a real impact at every stage of the neonatal journey.
