Within this division, Ward B57B Neurosurgery is a 28-bed unit dedicated to providing patient-centred care for individuals with altered neurological function. The ward also incorporates an 8-bed Neurosurgical Acute Care Unit, enabling close observation and management of post-operative intracranial surgery patients and those at risk of clinical deterioration. The team in Ward B57B is known for its supportive and collaborative culture, working within a Team Nursing model to achieve positive patient outcomes. We are seeking a Registered Nurse Level 2 who is ready to take on a more advanced and rewarding role within this specialised area. In this position, you will demonstrate a high level of clinical expertise while contributing to leadership, education, and the development of less experienced staff and students. You will be recognised as a source of expert knowledge, bringing strong clinical judgement, effective communication, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
