The Renal Network delivers expert, patient‑centred care across the ACT and Southern NSW, supporting patients at every stage of renal disease through world‑class clinical services, research, and innovation. As a Transplant Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing patients for kidney transplantation and providing expert care and education before and after transplant. Working within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver specialist clinical advice, support patients and carers, contribute to education programs, and coordinate care across local and interstate transplant services.
