We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Level 2 to support patients living with arthritis and autoimmune conditions, providing coordinated care, education, and timely access to services. Working closely with the Rheumatology Advanced Practice Nurse and medical team, you will play a key role in managing patient care, including those receiving biologic therapies, while contributing to a collaborative environment focused on improving patient outcomes and advancing clinical practice.
