The Cancer Diagnosis Nurse Navigator plays a central role within the Integrated Cancer Diagnosis Clinic (CDX), acting as the key point of contact for people undergoing assessment for a suspected cancer diagnosis. Working as part of a multidisciplinary specialist team, you will coordinate and support patients throughout their diagnostic journey, from acceptance into CDX through to MDT review and definitive diagnosis. This role involves close collaboration with specialty clinicians, providing clear patient education and emotional support, and identifying and addressing logistical or psychosocial barriers to care to ensure a seamless, patient‑centred experience.
