The Renal Network delivers expert, patient‑centred care for people living with chronic kidney disease across the ACT and Southern NSW. As a CKD Nurse, you’ll provide specialist clinical advice, support patients and families through every stage of their journey, and collaborate closely with nephrologists, GPs, dialysis teams, and allied health professionals. Working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team at The Canberra Hospital, you’ll contribute to education, research, and service planning—helping shape the future of renal care. This full‑time, Monday–Friday role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while advancing best practice in renal nursing.
