Clare Holland House, part of Canberra Health Services, is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team providing specialist palliative care across the ACT and surrounding region. Our services include an inpatient unit, the Specialist Palliative Aged Care Team (PEACE), and the Community Specialist Palliative Care Service (CSPCS).
