This position manages a diverse portfolio of nursing, midwifery and paramedicine placements, working closely with education partners, placement areas and clinical supervisors to ensure placements are well planned, compliant and supportive learning environments. The role also provides guidance in incident management and contributes to continuous improvement of placement processes. In addition, the Clinical Placement Officer collaborates with the Clinical Placement Office Manager to deliver key projects and initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, support service delivery and enhance the nursing, midwifery and paramedicine workforce pipeline.
