The Patient Flow Manager is a key player in optimizing patient access and flow across Canberra Health Services (CHS). Reporting to the Service Director of the Acute Stream, they use innovative digital technology and management systems to ensure safe, efficient, and coordinated inpatient bed management. Leading the Patient Flow Unit, this role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence while providing strong professional leadership to nursing services.
