In this unique role, you’ll work closely with experienced Donation Specialist Nurses to coordinate organ and tissue donation, support clinical decision‑making, and lead education and awareness activities that help save lives. You’ll be supported through specialised, nationally consistent training, with the opportunity to progress to an independently practising—and potentially permanent—RN3.2 role once training is complete.
