We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process, where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
You will be spending your time with our clients within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine.

Your day-to-day activities may include:

• Non-invasive Ventilation
• Enteral Feeding
• Suctioning
• Medication
• Oxygen Therapy
• Seizure Management

ABOUT YOU

You must be a qualified Nurse, and hold current NMC registration. We are looking for passionate individuals, with the desire to go above and beyond. You will be expected to utilize skills and experience to meet the high delivery of care to clients with complex health needs within the client’s home.
