Flesher’s Fairview Health Care Center is a 3rd generation family owned and operated skilled nursing facility. A family business for over 50 years. We are located in Fairview, NC which is just outside Asheville and not far from Fletcher and Hendersonville.

-RN/LPN 3p to 11p
-We schedule 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts
-Flexible shifts/schedules
We are currently offering a sign on bonus as well as shift diff.
