OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN or LPN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with experience in various clinical settings including urgent care and inpatient environments. As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care. This is an in home patient care opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid RN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of anatomy, medical-surgical nursing practices, and basic life support techniques.
• Experience in urgent care or Level I Trauma Center preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with nursing duties, including lifting patients when necessary.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with IV insertion and management, as well as other medical procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using medical terminology.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
