• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care in a busy general practice setting
• Support doctors with clinical procedures, chronic disease management, immunisations, and wound care
• Conduct health assessments, care plans, and patient education
• Assist with infection control, cold chain management, and compliance with clinic protocols
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
