About the Role: We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide both urgent care and general practice nursing services. Working Hours: 1 FTE Key Responsibilities: Patient Triage: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Urgent Care: Perform procedures like plastering, suturing, asthma treatment, wound care, and more General Practice Care: Manage long-term health conditions, mental health, and regular screenings Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless patient care Patient Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Why Join Us?
