Overview Registered Nurse, Long-Term Care / Sub-Acute Unit Location: Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center - Janesville, WI Shift: Days and PM's ; Weekend and Holiday Rotation Hours: 32 hours per week Mercy Manor is a small hospital subacute facility with 28 beds and a great staff to patient ratio. We have a family atmosphere. Performs patient assessments, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes. Administers medications and treatments per policies, standards of care, and state regulations. Maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation. Develops and executes individualized care plans. Provides patient and family education using available resources. Participates in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives. Offers clinical guidance, resolves system issues, and escalates concerns appropriately.
