We're looking for mission-driven Registered Nurses (RNs)/License Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support our residents with skill, integrity, and heart and to help us "Improve the Lives We Touch". Pay Range: RN - $34.29-$51.42/LPN - $25.61-$35.90 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials). Shift Differentials: Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $3.00 per hour Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for a specific assignment. Requirements Essential Job Functions: • Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in a critical care facility. • Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing. • Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e-mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents). • Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior. • Knowledge of care-based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings). • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees and administration. Minimum Required Education/Experience: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred. Licenses or Certificates: Valid state license as an RN. Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
