We're looking for mission-driven Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support our residents with skill, integrity, and heart and to help us "Improve the Lives We Touch". PRN Position - Days 6am-6:30pm Pay Rate: 44.58 per hour (eligible for shift differentials) Shift Differentials: Weekday Nights - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $3.00 per hour Weekend Days - Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 am - 7:00 pm - $3.50 per hour Weekend Nights - Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - $5.00 per hour Responsible for the organization and evaluation of direct nursing care for a specific assignment. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited learning institution. Minimum of three years work experience in direct nursing care is preferred. Active Colorado RN license required. • Demonstrated knowledge, skill and understanding of nurse role in a critical care facility. • Knowledge of gerontology, rehabilitative or psychiatric nursing. • Ability to operate general office equipment including computer software applications (e-mail, surveillance equipment/cameras, scheduling software, accessing required documents). • Demonstrated ability to recognize and respond to opportunities for improvement through continual learning, changes in approach based on situation and professional practice behavior. • Knowledge of care-based practices (creating care plans, leading team meetings). • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the public, other agencies, employees and administration.
