What You Will Do Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team by overseeing hiring, professional development, and performance, ensuring every staff member is empowered to provide their best care. Optimize unit workflows and resource allocation to create a seamless environment for both your nursing staff and the patients they serve. Solve complex care challenges by identifying and resolving operational hurdles, directly improving the quality and safety of patient outcomes. Champion regulatory excellence by maintaining a culture of continuous compliance, ensuring our unit consistently meets the highest national standards of healthcare. Manage unit finances with a strategic eye, overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure our team has the essential tools and supplies needed to save lives. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
