The Southlake Academic Family Health Team (SAFHT) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager to join our family health team. As a Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care. This role requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in nursing practice.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required
· Minimum five years of clinical experience; experience in primary care is preferred
· Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven experience as a Nurse Manager in a collaborative team environment
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
· Experience in fiscal management, program development, and evaluation
