How you’ll make an impact in this role Direct daily clinical work-flows and allocate nursing resources to guarantee seamless, high quality care for critically ill trauma and neurological patients. Lead employee life-cycle processes including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate a highly skilled, engaged, and resilient ICU nursing team. Resolve care delivery obstacles immediately to safeguard patient safety and optimize clinical outcomes in high stress situations. Design unit-specific policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency and maintain strict compliance with healthcare regulatory standards. Manage unit budget allocations and monitor expenditures to ensure the ICU remains fully equipped with vital, lifesaving medical resources. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required. What additional preferences we're seeking BSN.
