We’re currently seeking committed and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at our Yallambee Residential Aged Care facility in Millmerran, QLD. While direct aged care experience is highly valued, we also welcome applications from nurses with strong clinical foundations gained in other healthcare settings. We’re focused on your skills, values, and ability to deliver person-centred care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight.
• Supervise Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
• Allocate duties to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery.
• Champion clinical excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

About You Essential:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care and relevant legislation.
• Sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.
• High-level analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic, respectful, and collaborative approach to care.
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to McLean Care’s values.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts.

Preferred Clinical Background:

• Residential Aged Care – holistic, relationship-based support to older people.
• Hospital Settings – particularly in rehabilitation, surgical, or medical wards.
• Emergency Departments – fast-paced clinical decision-making and triage.
• Primary Healthcare – managing chronic illness and supporting older populations.
