Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg (Adult) (Nights) Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in St Johnsbury, VT. Contract Details Night shift 7pm - 7am! Three 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, include every other weekend. Mainly adults with occasional pediatrics. Must be able to start 6/10/26 Start Date: 6/10/2026 Contract: 13 weeks Location: St Johnsbury, VT 05819 Hourly Pay: $ 28.00 Non-taxed Stipend: $1064.00 Weekly Total Pay: $1820.00 Holiday Coverage Required: Yes EMR Used: Meditech Bed Size: 0-49 Vaccination Requirement: Flu shot is required, no exceptions. ** This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs. ** Travelers will start on Wednesdays **During the week of orientation, travelers on a 48 hour contract will only be guaranteed 36 hours due to midweek start You will be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. We understand the importance of a seamless onboarding process, so we ask that all required credentials be uploaded five business days before your start date. This ensures a prompt and hassle-free integration into our remarkable team. Key Responsibilities: Admitting and assessing patients Administering medications and treatments Monitoring vital signs and symptoms Operating and tracking medical equipment Running and ordering tests Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists Charting patient progress Compensation: Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible) Pay package details provided upon offer Requirements Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of acute care experience A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensures, BLS (American Heart Association), and ACLS certification are required.
