How you’ll make an impact in this role Clinical Care Delivery: Provide direct nursing care by implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans in strict accordance with established organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Patient Monitoring & Documentation: Continuously assess, record, and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team, ensuring all physician and nursing orders are executed accurately and promptly. Care Coordination: Serve as the primary coordinator across all healthcare disciplines to ensure integrated, well-rounded treatment and the efficient delivery of medical services. Discharge Planning & Advocacy: Assess patient needs and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and execute comprehensive discharge plans that ensure a safe transition from the facility. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
