Your Role & Impact The RN Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the MAT program for individuals with substance use disorders. This role requires a licensed nurse who will coordinate MAT services, provide direct patient care, and ensure the safe and effective administration of medications as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. The MAT Coordinator will work closely with healthcare providers, therapists, SUD counselors, and case managers to support patients throughout their recovery journey. What We’re Looking For High School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing. Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in substance use disorder treatment or MAT services. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Flexibility to work extended hours as needed. Bonus: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree Bilingual in English and Spanish (may be required at some clinics). Strong assessment skills Excellent clinical skills Crisis intervention skills Teaching ability, as patients may require instructions for self- care during telephone conversations. The pay range for this role is $45.07 - $62.15 on an hourly basis.
