Job Description Join our compassionate team at Boulcott Memory Care Centre, where we deliver high-quality, resident-directed care for people living with dementia. Our care is resident-directed—meaning we tailor care and support to each individual’s preferences, values, and needs. Typical duties include: Supporting residents with activities of daily living Co-creating personalised care plans Leading and delegating care provision to caregivers and support staff Ensuring timely delivery of care and support Monitoring and evaluating progress in partnership with the resident and their chosen representatives Building trusted therapeutic relationships with residents and their whānau The days and hours for this role entails working Sunday & Monday 8am-4:30pm Please click here to view the full job description. Qualifications As an experienced Registered Nurse, you will be seeking a rewarding role and feel motivated by enhancing residents’ lives.
