You will deliver recovery-focused, evidence-based mental health nursing care to individuals with acute and enduring psychiatric conditions, utilizing comprehensive risk assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaborative care planning to support patient safety and holistic wellbeing within a private clinic setting As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. About You You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses) / Enrolled Nurse Recent experience in mental health care or relevant social services environment. Aptitude to step up to a shift lead role.
