Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday Earn $37.60/hour plus mileage reimbursement Position Details Registered Nurse's (RNs) play a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT), serving Berks County. The dual diagnosis team takes a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach dedicated to providing high-quality care and unwavering support for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual/developmental disability. The nurse will spend their time in the field, directly interacting with consumers in their homes, traveling, and documenting their work. Duties and Responsibilities * Collaborate with other members of the team on the implementation of a recovery-oriented person-centered treatment and support plan. * Perform physical health medical monitoring, assessment, etc. * Support implementation of intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, and natural support residences. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills: * Must have an associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing. * Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania required. * Active and unrestricted driver's license required. * Knowledge and understanding of recovery principles and the recovery driven service system. * Understanding of adults with serious mental illness and/or intellectual developmental disability.
