Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Valid RN or LPN license in good standing - Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion - Flexibility to work PRN shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and compliance standards - The applicant must be a graduate of an approved School of Nursing. - They must have a valid Registered Nurse License or temporary Permit, and a valid BLS Certification. - ER RN are required to a valid ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certification.
