REGISTERED NURSE (RGN) – AGENCY WORK – DAYS OR NIGHTS – DORSET

Location: Dorset

Mploy Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and professional Registered Nurses (RGN) to join our agency team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexible shifts in well-established nursing homes across Dorset, supported by a friendly and responsive team.
Pay Rates (via Umbrella):

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN)
  • Minimum of 6 months’ recent experience in a UK nursing home setting
  • Proof of right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete via our Training Academy)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential. Non-drivers must be comfortable using public transport to attend shifts.
  • While we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours per week, we are ideally looking for applicants who are available for more than 20 hours per week.
  • Please note: We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse working with Mploy Healthcare, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in nursing homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications and clinical treatments in accordance with care plans and NMC guidelines
  • Monitoring residents’ conditions and responding to changes appropriately
  • Working collaboratively with care teams, external healthcare professionals, and families
  • Accurately documenting care provided and maintaining up-to-date clinical records
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and respect at all times
