Key Responsibilities: * Providing patient-focused clinical care and treatment * Supporting long-term condition management and preventative care * Assisting with triage and care planning * Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across sites * Maintaining accurate clinical documentation What You’ll Bring * Current NZNC APC * Strong clinical skills and confidence working across multiple settings * Excellent communication and organisation skills * Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-site environment * Experience in primary care (preferred but not essential) About the Team You’ll be joining a collaborative, well-supported cluster team, working closely with experienced clinicians and leaders.
