You will assess new patients within eight hours of admission, providing individualized nursing care as ordered by the physician. Your responsibilities will include managing medication administration, monitoring, and storage, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will actively participate in the interdisciplinary formulation of individualized treatment plans and will be responsible for dictating and writing progress notes for both one-on-one and group sessions, adhering to established policies and procedures. In addition, you will assist in coordinating risk management activities aimed at minimizing potential injuries or illnesses for patients, staff, and visitors. Completing and signing necessary admission paperwork and documentation in accordance with legal and hospital guidelines will also be a crucial part of your role.
