As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include: Observes and assesses client's course of treatment while in residence Provides general direction and oversight to RSTs on assigned shift Administers physician ordered medications to clients; ensures and accepts responsibility for security of medication at all times Administers written documentation for services rendered performed in accordance with the Agency's standards for service documentation in the client's medical record
