Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including triage, wound management, immunisations, and chronic disease management
• Assist doctors with minor procedures, patient assessments, and care planning
• Perform health assessments and develop care plans for patients with chronic conditions
• Conduct screenings, such as ECGs, spirometry, and other diagnostic tests as required
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using clinical software
• Educate patients and their families on health management, including lifestyle and medication advice
• Support infection control practices and ensure compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training sessions
