OUR REGISTERED NURSES:

We are seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to join our team to support our brand new, state of the art aged care residence based in Warragul.
Permanent and casual positions are available.
We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

  • An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature Care
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated aged care experience preferred
  • The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
  • Experience in assessments and developing care plans
  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
  • Consider physical, social and psychological requirements
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
  • An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated well developed computer and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
