This role is for a permanent Night Duty nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing clinical care and medication management Collaborating with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team Leading and mentoring care staff to ensure best practice Maintaining accurate documentation and care plans Promoting a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment What We're Looking For from you: Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment. Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis in their daily practice as a registered nurse Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills.
