JOB TITLE: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY

STAFF & TEAM COORDINATION:

• Supervise, mentor, and support your nursing team (RNs, LPNs, and CNAs) to ensure they’re equipped to deliver the best care.
• Develop work schedules and manage staffing to ensure the team operates at its best during each shift.
• Conduct performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and helping to develop your team’s skills.
• Stay on top of compliance with job descriptions and ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.
• Be a cheerleader for your team, promoting teamwork, positivity, and a fun work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED:

• Education & Experience: Nursing degree from an accredited program, with 2+ years of experience in a long-term care facility (preferred).
• Certifications: Current RN license and CPR certification. Knowledge of PCC preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, team collaboration, leadership skills, and a deep passion for nursing care.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks like moving and lifting up to 25 pounds and assisting with emergency evacuations if necessary.
