Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at our aged care home in North Parramatta, NSW on a casual basis. As a Registered Nurse with Christadelphian Aged Care, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care and support to our residents, ensuring their wellbeing and quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Conducting comprehensive resident assessments and developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as per legislative requirements and company policies
  • Monitoring residents’ health status and promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic care
  • Providing emotional support and a compassionate presence to our residents and their families
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with regulatory and organisational standards
