Main Responsibilities: Work across a rich variety of client settings. Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs Develop and implement individualized patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records Promote best practices as a Staff Nurse - RGN / RMN in health and safety and security. Work autonomously with minimum supervision.
